Choose the Destination Before Comparing Stock or Freight

The same energy drink can be appropriate for one destination and unsuitable for another. Language, responsible-operator information, caffeine warnings, barcode eligibility, packaging systems, excise treatment and importer responsibilities can change across borders. This page therefore routes buyers by destination; it does not replace the detailed product catalogue or promise universal market access.

European fulfilment and dispatch coordination is handled through WOOVE’s logistics arrangement in Weilimdorf, Germany. Every enquiry is reviewed against the actual SKU, source-market version, shipment size, buyer status, destination and route before a quotation is issued.

Supply regions

Different Commercial Routes for the EU, United Kingdom and Export Markets

Market coverage means an enquiry can be reviewed; it does not mean every stock lot, flavour or label version can be supplied to every destination. The accepted quotation identifies the available products, responsibilities and delivery scope for the requested market.

European Union

Intra-EU pallet supply

Normally reviewed for road freight from European fulfilment. Destination-language information, VAT status, EAN, deposit systems, packaging obligations and beverage taxes remain market-specific.

Destination readiness

What Must Be Confirmed Before Stock Is Approved for a Market

Product availability and destination suitability are separate checks. WOOVE records the allocated stock so the buyer can evaluate the exact goods, commercial roles and route before accepting an offer.

  • Brand, flavour, can or bottle size and source-market version
  • Consumer-facing language and mandatory food information
  • Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and applicable caffeine warning
  • Responsible food-business-operator or importer details
  • EAN/GTIN and retailer article-identification requirements
  • Deposit, packaging registration and first-market-placement role
  • Batch and exact best-before date for allocated stock
  • Case format, cases per pallet, total units, dimensions and weight
  • VAT, excise, customs, duty and destination-charge responsibility
  • Incoterm, transport documents, unloading and delivery scope

Available stock typically carries approximately 15–24 months of remaining shelf life where available. The allocated batch and exact BBD are confirmed before approval and dispatch; the range is not guaranteed for every SKU.

Route and delivery planning

Freight Is Quoted from the Destination, Load and Receiving Conditions

WOOVE does not publish one delivery time or one Incoterm for every market. Preparation time and estimated transit are confirmed separately after the stock allocation, route, pallet quantity, carrier capacity and delivery site have been reviewed.

European pallet freight

Postcode, pallet quantity, total weight, receiving hours, vehicle access and loading-dock or tail-lift requirements determine the road-freight quotation.

United Kingdom import route

Customs representation, importer status, EORI, duties, import VAT and destination delivery must be allocated before an executable offer is issued.

Port and container exports

Container type, load plan, port pair, consignee, customs broker, free-time and destination handling information are required for meaningful planning.

Collection where available

The final release point, collection window, vehicle details, loading procedure and document handover are stated in the commercial instructions.

DAP, DDP or another requested term is reviewed rather than promised. DDP is available only when WOOVE can lawfully and operationally accept the relevant customs, tax, deposit, excise, registration and delivery responsibilities in writing.

Market coverage FAQ

Questions About WOOVE’s Energy Drink Supply Markets

Which markets does WOOVE supply?

WOOVE reviews commercial enquiries for European Union destinations, the United Kingdom, Africa and selected international markets. Acceptance depends on the requested products, product version, order quantity, buyer documentation, destination requirements and feasible transport route.

Does market coverage mean every product can be supplied?

No. A brand or flavour may be available but unsuitable for the requested market because of its label, barcode, deposit status, importer information or other destination requirements. The actual allocated SKU is reviewed before approval.

What is the minimum order for European destinations?

The normal starting quantity for eligible European branded-energy-drink orders is two pallets. Final minimums depend on brands, variants, case formats, stock allocation, pallet structure and route.

What is the minimum order for international exports?

Export minimums are determined by destination, product version, route and viable load format. Some enquiries require multi-pallet or container quantities rather than the European two-pallet starting structure.

Can different brands and flavours be mixed?

Selected brands and variants may be mixed by factory-sealed case when current allocation, compatible formats and stable pallet construction allow. Loose-can mixing is not offered.

What remaining shelf life is available?

Available stock typically carries approximately 15–24 months of remaining shelf life where available. The exact batch and BBD are confirmed for the allocated stock before approval and dispatch.

Do all EU countries use the same label and deposit rules?

No. EU food-information rules provide a common framework, but language, deposit systems, packaging registration, national beverage charges and market-placement responsibilities differ between Member States.

Is supplying Great Britain the same as supplying Northern Ireland?

No. Great Britain and Northern Ireland can require different EORI identifiers, food-information arrangements, customs procedures and responsible-operator details. The precise destination must be stated in the enquiry.

Can WOOVE quote delivery to an African port?

Selected requests can be reviewed when the buyer provides the destination country, port, importer or consignee, customs broker where available, products, volume, preferred Incoterm and required arrival period.

Are DAP and DDP available in every country?

No. DAP, DDP and other terms are reviewed by route. DDP is offered only when the applicable import, customs, tax, registration, deposit, excise and delivery responsibilities can be accepted in writing.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation time and estimated transit are confirmed separately after stock, load, destination, route, carrier capacity and receiving requirements have been reviewed. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

What information is required for a market quotation?

Provide the legal company name, website, registration or VAT details, buyer type, destination country, city, postcode or port, requested brands and variants, pallet or container quantity, preferred Incoterm, required date, receiving details and expected reorder frequency.
