Before We Quote

Commercial details are confirmed before payment and dispatch

A distributor quotation should make it clear what is being supplied, which product version is included, how much shelf life remains and what the delivery terms cover. We review those points against the requested order before issuing final commercial confirmation.

Brand, SKU and can size: selected variants are checked against current availability.
Case and pallet structure: cases per pallet and total units are confirmed where data is available.
Label and market version: destination suitability and available language versions are reviewed.
Batch and BBD: batch information and remaining shelf-life range are confirmed before supply.
Delivery scope: collection, DAP or DDP is agreed in writing where available.
Commercial documents: invoice, packing list and applicable export paperwork are coordinated.
Distributor Onboarding

A clear route from enquiry to repeat supply

Complete requirements produce faster and more accurate quotations. The process is designed to qualify the buyer, confirm a realistic supply structure and reduce uncertainty before goods move.

01

Send the commercial requirement

Provide company details, delivery country and postcode, brands, variants, quantities, required date and preferred Incoterm.

02

Buyer and route review

We assess the buyer profile, order scale, delivery route and any market-specific product or documentation requirements.

03

Stock and version confirmation

Available products, label versions, case structure, pallet configuration and shelf-life range are checked.

04

Written distributor quotation

The quotation records product details, quantity, commercial price, payment terms, Incoterm and delivery scope.

05

Order confirmation and preparation

After acceptance and payment confirmation, stock is allocated, pallets are prepared and applicable documents are organised.

06

Dispatch and repeat-order planning

Tracking and documents are supplied where applicable. Repeat buyers can discuss forecasting and future procurement cycles.

Distributor FAQ

Questions from wholesale and distribution buyers

Final availability and terms are always confirmed in a written quotation because product allocation, market version and delivery scope can change.

What is the minimum distributor order?
The normal starting quantity is two pallets. The final minimum can depend on the brand, pallet configuration, destination and current allocation.
Can distributors order mixed pallets?
Yes, where stock permits. Mixed pallets are assembled using factory-sealed cases. The approved brand, variant and case allocation is confirmed before quotation.
Do you support repeat monthly orders?
Recurring supply can be discussed for qualified accounts. The structure depends on forecast demand, available allocation, acceptable substitutions and delivery frequency.
Which documents are available?
Commercial invoices and packing lists are supplied for applicable orders. Export declarations, certificates of origin, product specifications and batch/BBD confirmation can be coordinated where relevant.
Can you supply DAP and DDP?
Both delivery terms can be available depending on route, destination, order value and logistics scope. The quotation states exactly what is included.
What shelf life should distributors expect?
The typical quoted remaining shelf-life range is approximately 18–24 months when suitable stock is available. The actual range is confirmed for the requested products before order acceptance.
Can I request a particular label language?
You can specify the required market or label language. Availability varies by brand and stock source, so the supplied version must be confirmed in writing.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Complete commercial enquiries received during business hours are normally reviewed the same business day. Complex FTL, container or customs enquiries may require additional verification.
