Order structure
Pallet Formats and Minimum Order for the Netherlands
The normal starting quantity for eligible Dutch and European branded-energy-drink orders is two pallets. Final minimums depend on the selected brands, variants, case formats, stock allocation and delivery route.
| Order format | Suitable for | What the quotation confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Mixed pallets | Retailers, vending operators and buyers building a broader assortment | Factory-sealed case mix, compatible formats, pallet stability and final case count |
| Full product pallets | High-turnover SKUs and established distribution requirements | Brand, variant, can size, cases per pallet, total cans, batch and BBD |
| Multi-pallet orders | Wholesalers, retail groups and recurring commercial procurement | Allocation, loading plan, freight basis and expected reorder structure |
| FTL or approved container requirements | Distributors and larger-volume commercial buyers | Load plan, documents, Incoterm, dispatch route and destination responsibilities |
Mixed pallets are assembled by factory-sealed case, not loose cans. Case and pallet configurations vary by brand, can size and allocated product version. No stock is treated as reserved until the written commercial process confirms allocation.
Dutch-market review
Dutch Labels, EAN, BBD, Statiegeld and Packaging Review
A low case price does not make the wrong market version suitable for a Dutch sales channel. Before approval, WOOVE records the actual product and shipment details so the buyer can assess allocated stock rather than relying on a generic catalogue description or an unverified product photo.
- Brand, flavour, can size, case format and product version
- Dutch-language or otherwise legally understandable mandatory food information
- Ingredients, allergens, nutrition declaration and net quantity
- Responsible food-business-operator details and applicable caffeine or sweetener statements
- Batch and exact best-before date for allocated stock
- Cases per pallet, total cans, pallet type and approximate shipment weight
- EAN/barcode, Dutch statiegeld logo and deposit-system status
- Packaging, PPWR/Verpact and first-market-placement roles
- Dutch consumption-tax treatment where relevant to the transaction
Available stock typically carries approximately 15–24 months of remaining shelf life where available. The exact batch and BBD are confirmed before order approval and dispatch. This range is not guaranteed for every SKU.
Dutch label information
The offered label or permitted supplementary information is reviewed for the product name, ingredients, allergens, nutrition declaration, net quantity, BBD, responsible operator and applicable caffeine or sweetener statements.
Statiegeld and EAN
Cans intended for Dutch retail are reviewed for the visible deposit logo, EAN and system status. An international EAN may be possible, but Statiegeld Nederland places the financial risk and registration responsibility on the producer.
Packaging, tax and buyer checks
The legal company name, KVK number, BTW ID, registered address, Verpact role and consumption-tax responsibility are reviewed where applicable. No particular VAT or tax treatment is promised before the transaction facts are checked.
Fulfilment and delivery
Delivery Across the European Netherlands and Special Routes
European fulfilment and dispatch coordination is handled through WOOVE’s logistics arrangement in Weilimdorf, Germany. The final loading point, preparation period, estimated transit time, freight charge and delivery responsibilities are confirmed in the written quotation. The destination postcode, pallet quantity, access and unloading method determine the transport plan.
Mainland road freight
Destinations in the European Netherlands are assessed using city, postcode, pallet quantity, receiving hours, vehicle access, loading dock and tail-lift or forklift requirements.
Wadden Islands
Island destinations receive a separate route and transit estimate because ferry capacity, local delivery access and carrier handovers can differ from ordinary mainland freight.
Ports and export staging
Rotterdam or other port-oriented requirements are quoted from the actual handover point, container or road-freight structure, documentation and onward destination—not from a generic Netherlands rate.
Caribbean Netherlands
Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba require a separate export, ocean or air-freight, import, tax and destination-compliance review. They are not quoted as ordinary EU road-freight destinations.
The Dutch Tax Administration’s territorial guidance explains that some territories linked to EU countries do not participate in the EU free movement of goods and services. Collection where available, DAP and other written arrangements may be reviewed. DDP is not automatic. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Questions About Wholesale Energy Drink Supply in the Netherlands
Do you supply wholesale energy drinks to businesses in the Netherlands?
WOOVE reviews B2B pallet enquiries for Dutch wholesalers, distributors, retailers, vending operators, foodservice suppliers and other verified commercial buyers. Availability, product version and delivery are confirmed by written quotation.
What is the minimum order for the Netherlands?
The normal starting quantity for eligible Dutch and European branded-energy-drink orders is two pallets. Final minimums depend on brands, variants, current stock allocation, case formats and shipment structure.
Which energy drink brands can WOOVE quote?
The core range includes Red Bull, Monster Energy, PRIME, Rockstar, HELL Energy and Bang. Exact flavours, can sizes, label versions and quantities are confirmed for the available allocation.
Can different brands and flavours be mixed?
Mixed orders may be assembled by factory-sealed case where stock, compatible formats and a stable pallet configuration allow. Loose-can mixing is not offered.
What remaining shelf life is available?
Available stock typically has approximately 15–24 months of remaining shelf life where available. The exact allocated batch and BBD are confirmed before order approval and dispatch.
Is Dutch-language product information available?
The allocated product version is reviewed for understandable mandatory information for the Dutch market, including ingredients, nutrition details, responsible-operator information, BBD, EAN and applicable caffeine or sweetener statements. This is a stock-specific check, not a universal promise for every SKU.
Are the cans registered for Dutch statiegeld?
The offered cans are checked for their EAN, visible Dutch deposit marking and available system information. The quotation also records who is responsible for Dutch market placement, Verpact/Statiegeld Nederland registration, declarations and financial obligations. This cannot be assumed from the brand alone.
Do you deliver to the Wadden Islands?
Wadden Island destinations can be reviewed, but ferry routing, carrier availability, postcode, pallet quantity and last-mile requirements are quoted separately from ordinary mainland road freight.
Do you deliver to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius or Saba?
Caribbean Netherlands destinations require a separate export and import review, including freight mode, consignee, local tax and customs responsibilities, product information and destination documents. They are not treated as ordinary EU road deliveries.
How long does delivery to the Netherlands take?
The stock-preparation period and estimated transit time are confirmed after reviewing the destination, pallet quantity, route, carrier capacity and unloading requirements. Any estimate begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Are DAP and DDP delivery available?
DAP can be considered for eligible routes. DDP may be reviewed only when the destination, product version, consumption tax, packaging, deposit and market-placement responsibilities can be accepted and recorded in writing. It is not automatically available.
What buyer details are required?
Please provide the legal company name, website, business type, KVK number, BTW ID or EU VAT number, registration details, complete delivery address, receiving hours, unloading facilities and buyer contact information.
Which documents normally accompany an order?
Depending on the transaction, documents may include the written quotation, proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, product and pallet breakdown, batch/BBD confirmation and applicable transport or export documentation.
