About WOOVE GMBH — a B2B energy drink wholesaler for professional buyers
About WOOVE: we are an independent B2B wholesale supplier of branded energy drinks for distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers and vending operators. We coordinate pallet, multi-pallet and export orders through European fulfilment in Weilimdorf, Germany, with the product, batch, commercial terms and destination scope confirmed in writing before an order proceeds.

What professional buyers should know about WOOVE
Professional beverage purchasing depends on more than a headline case price. Buyers need to know which product version is available, how the cases are configured, what quantity is allocated and how the shipment will be documented.
WOOVE supports business buyers with structured energy drink procurement and export coordination. Our role is to bring the commercial parts of an order together: product selection, stock review, pallet planning, batch and BBD confirmation, documentation, fulfilment preparation and delivery coordination.
We work with distributors, importers, wholesalers, retail groups, vending operators and other professional buyers that need commercial quantities and written order specifications. Stock, flavours, labels and market versions can change by allocation, so each offer is reviewed against the buyer's destination and intended resale market.
WOOVE is not presented as a consumer shop. Enquiries are assessed as B2B transactions, and the applicable contracting seller, payment conditions, delivery term and documentation are stated in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement.
The registered seller and the German fulfilment location are clearly separated
WOOVE publishes this distinction so buyers can understand who operates the trading brand, where the legal entity is registered and where European fulfilment is coordinated.

Batch, packaging and BBD information that professional buyers can act on
Product availability alone is not enough. The offered goods must be commercially suitable for the destination, buyer requirements and agreed resale plan.
Where applicable, WOOVE confirms the product description, flavour, market version, case format, pallet structure, label language, batch information and remaining shelf life. Buyers should review this information alongside their own destination-market obligations before approving an order.
Typical remaining shelf life may fall within the 15–24 month range for eligible stock, but BBD is always batch-specific. The exact date for the allocated goods is confirmed in the quotation or related commercial documents and takes priority over general website guidance.
Official trade and product-information sources used during order review
Cross-border beverage supply can involve VAT validation, destination-language labelling, delivery responsibilities and import requirements. WOOVE uses recognised official sources as reference points while confirming the exact commercial scope in the quotation and transaction documents.
